Serviplan is a company specialized in industrial maintenance and installation work. Its customers include companies in the paper, pulp, and wood processing industries, as well as power plants. Serviplan uses the PROKalenteri smart application to organize its mobile workforce.

Since the introduction of PROCalendar, Serviplan’s employees receive information about upcoming jobs directly on their own phones via the application. Once an employee signs up for a job, they receive all the necessary details for preparing for the assignment through the app. Job-specific instructions are always available in the application, ensuring that everyone involved has access to the required information.
Employees have also given positive feedback on PROCalendar as a daily work tool. Time reporting has become significantly easier. There’s no need to remember things afterwards, as reporting happens in real time. In addition, all recorded data is stored for future reference and is easy to return to when needed.
From a payroll perspective, PROCalendar has greatly accelerated and simplified the work. Previously, each assignment generated a large amount of paperwork, with payroll-related information recorded on paper. PROKalenteri has practically eliminated this paperwork entirely.
Now all necessary information can be found in one place. Real-time data entry in the application also removes the risk of missing information or lost paperwork. Billing and payroll now work smoothly together, as job data can be easily retrieved from the system.
